What we collect

The converter runs entirely in your browser. We do not have accounts, forms or a server database, and we do not receive the amounts or ingredients you enter. Your last conversion and everything in My Kitchen (favourite ingredients, recent conversions, saved recipes, your meal and goals) are saved only in your own browser's local storage on this device. They are never sent to us. You can clear them in My Kitchen or by clearing site data.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads that keep this tool free. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard technical logs (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.

Ingredient weights come from USDA FoodData Central (SR Legacy) and are approximate.
